Return Policy - 

Unwanted  Items: We have a 30 day return policy at Great Lakes Wholesale. The product(s) cannot be used, must be in resaleable condition and the original packaging must be intact and included. Great Lakes Wholesale will not be responsible for return shipping. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee and will not be credited your original shipping cost. All credits will be issued within 7 days of receiving the returned product back into our warehouse and can be applied toward future purchases. Additional processing time and fees will apply if we are not aware the product is being returned.  Seasonal, Closeout & Blowout items are not returnable under most circumstances.  


Defective Items: In the unlikely event you receive defective item(s) you must notify us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item to request an RMA number.  You can report for yourself or your customer through email @ RMA@GLWholesale.com


Damaged Items: Shipping damage rarely happens, but if you or your customer see damage to your product you must report it right away, within 24-48 hours of receiving your item.  We suggest that you do not refuse delivery if only some cartons look damaged but rather contact us.  You can report for yourself or your customer through email @ RMA@GLWholesale.com We will always request pictures and order number so it would be helpful and make the claim process faster if these were included in the initial email.   


Shorted Items:  If you believe that you did not receive the full quantity of an item(s) ordered please contact us @ RMA@GLWholesale.com within 24-48 hours of receiving the order to request an RMA number.   Please make sure that you are validating quantity received using your Packing List or Invoice and not your Purchase Order or our Sales Order (some items or quantities may have been backordered).



 How to return an Item(s):

  1. Contact us @ RMA@GLWholesale.com or 800-233-2668 to receive an RMA number. At that time, a return address will be emailed to you along with your RMA number. Returns without authorization are subject to refusal or additional restocking fees.
  2. Please carefully package the product in the original packaging.    We will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments back to the warehouse. We recommend you insure the shipment for your purchase price. If damaged or lost in transit a refund will not be issued as you will need to collect from the shipping carrier you selected.
  3. Please attach a note to the shipment with your RMA number on it.
